STEAM Product Reviews and Testing

Do you own a STEAM or STEM-related product or service that you would like us to review and feature? We’re always happy to discover tools, toys, kits, books, and materials that help educators and parents from around the world to deliver quality STEAM/STEM education. As such, we love working with individuals, businesses, and organisations that enable us to achieve this mission.

You can see our product reviews and recommendations on our Instagram and Twitter accounts, and some of them also make it to our Reviews and Recommendations category here on our website, our Facebook Page, and/or our YouTube account.

How it works:

There are different ways we discover STEAM/STEM-related products for classrooms, studios, and makerspaces.

Purchased Products

The most common way we acquire STEAM/STEM products is by purchasing them using our own funds. When we purchase such products, we are at liberty to test and review them without bias and using our own timeline. Often, we feature the STEAM/STEM product in our growing Instagram/Twitter accounts to share with our followers/network of educators.

Do note that if we paid for the product, we are under no obligation to feature the said product and/or to say only positive comments about it. We are also able to choose when we would feature the product and in a manner we choose (ie, Instagram or Twitter only, just a photo with no review, etc).

Gifted Products

Occasionally, we receive products for free from the creator or manufacturer. And yes, who doesn’t love free stuff, right? We’re always excited about finding the new and latest STEAM/STEM products for our students and fellow educators.

If you would like to send us your product for testing/review, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d love to hear from you!

However, please note the following:

  • Even if we receive products for free, we are still under no obligation to review or feature them on our accounts.
  • If we are not happy to recommend the products, we will let you know why we are not able to do so.
  • If we decide not to review or feature the product (or if we feel we need to post a critical review, for our network’s benefit), we will not be liable to return or pay for the product. We are happy to organise a return, at your expense.
  • We will disclose the partnership to our readers/networks by marking our feature/posts as #giftedproduct or mention that we have an Ambassador relationship (if the situation applies).

Sponsorship

We welcome sponsorship deals with individuals, businesses, and organisations. We have affordable rates that offer customised programs for our sponsors. These deals/programs may include a full feature of your product or service, content development, teaching/training/speaking, advertisements, and more. However, we are extremely picky when it comes to choosing who we work with and accept money from. We would love to work with you if you provide high quality products and services for STEAM/STEM students and educators.

Ambassador Programs

Currently, Creative STEAM Studio is a Strawbees Ambassador. We are not paid to advertise or feature their products, but we have chosen to promote them due to our high regard for their products and services. We occasionally receive advanced materials and free products to try/review, as well as to use in our studio/classrooms. But, for the most part, we purchase/source our own materials/products.

If you’re looking for a STEAM/STEM Ambassador for your service or product, we would be interested in finding out more if we’re a good fit.
